Information Collected
The Faye Berger Mitchell web site automatically collects and stores web site traffic logs: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our sites; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites.
This information is used only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our sites, to ensure the sites are working properly, and to help us make decisions regarding site future development. None of the information is personally identifiable information. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals. We delete this information after one year.
Online Payment Method
You can pay online with a credit card. We are using the third party credit card provider PayPal. It is a secure method for Faye's web site to accept credit cards online. PayPal uses SSL technology (see below for definition) to keep your information safe. In addition, when a payment is made using PayPal, Faye's web site will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. The only information Faye will receive is the name, email, which product was purchased, and shipping information. This information is only utilized for processing and fulfilling an order.

Our web site links to documents located on sites maintained by other agencies and organizations. Faye does not endorse any products or information communicated on these outside site. Additionally, once you access another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that site.
Cookie
A "cookie" is a small text file that a web site places on your computer's hard drive in order, for example, to collect information about your activities on the site or to make it possible for you to use an online "shopping cart" to keep track of items you wish to purchase. Faye's web site uses a cookie to track items added to your shopping cart. No personal information is stored with the cookie, it is only a way to track the items you put in your shopping cart as you travel throughout the site. Cookie are managed through a browser's settings/options.
