My office is conveniently located in Downtown Bethesda just minutes from the Bethesda Metro stop on the corner of Woodmont Avenue and St. Elmo Avenue. Metered street parking is available. Once you schedule an appointment, please contact me to receive the code to enter my office suite.

Payment:
Payment is expected at the time of your appointment. Medical insurance companies may or may not offer coverage for medical nutrition therapy. Carefully investigate the type of coverage you have. It is your responsibility to pay for your visit and to have your insurance company reimburse you, if applicable. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Appointments:
Appointments are scheduled so that I may devote my time to you. It is important that you arrive on time so that you can have the benefit of your full appointment time. If you are a new patient, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out some forms. You may want to download them and bring them to your first appointment. Cancellation Policy:
Individual appointments are scheduled for a specific time. You will be charged for missed appointments unless you notify me 24 hours in advance, or in cases of emergency.

Confidentiality:
All information disclosed within sessions is confidential as outlined in the HIPAA notice of Privacy Practices.
